How to Shop at Military Space Systems
Welcome! Here is everything you need to know about ordering from our store — from browsing our models to receiving your delivery.
1. Browsing Products
All available products are listed on the Products page. You can:
- Search — type into the search box to find products by name, model or material.
- Filter by category — use the All Categories dropdown (e.g. Military Equipment, Space Rocket).
- Sort — order by Best Match, Price (low to high), Price (high to low) or Newest Arrivals.
- Switch view — toggle between List and Grid layouts.
Each listing shows the price, key specifications, scale, a category badge and a status tag:
- SALE — discounted item
- BEST SELLER — popular item
- FEATURED — recommended item
- NEW — recent addition
You can add a product straight from the list with the Add to Cart button.
2. Product Page
Click any listing to open its full page, where you will find:
- Gallery of photos (click to enlarge)
- Description of the model
- Technical Specification table (material, dimensions, scale, etc.)
- Key Features & Benefits
- What’s in the Box
The price shown is for the item itself — shipping is added at checkout and depends on your delivery region.
3. Adding Items to Your Cart
Press Add to Cart on a product page or listing. A ✓ confirmation appears on the button and the cart badge in the header updates with your item count.
Your cart is saved in your browser, so items stay there while you keep browsing. The cart badge shows how many items you have at any time.
4. Reviewing Your Cart
Open the Shopping Cart page, where you can:
- View all items with their prices
- Change quantities with the − / + buttons
- Remove individual items with Remove
- Clear the whole cart with Clear cart
5. Choosing Your Delivery Region
Before checkout, select your delivery region. Shipping costs:

The region buttons on the cart page stay in sync with the worker that creates your payment session, so make sure you pick the correct one.
6. Checkout & Payment
Press Checkout — you will be taken to the secure Stripe payment page (your card details are never stored by us).
After payment you are returned to the Order Successful page and your cart is cleared automatically. You will also receive a confirmation email from Stripe with your order details.
7. Shipping & Processing Times
Products are made to order or shipped from stock:
- Ready-to-ship products — normally dispatched within 3 working days
- Made-to-order products — production takes approximately 7 to 14 working days
We ship with trusted couriers: Royal Mail, Evri, Parcelforce, DPD, DHL and UPS. Where tracking is available, we email you the tracking number after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. If your parcel does not arrive after the expected date, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
8. Returns & Refunds
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you normally have 14 days from receiving your goods to request a cancellation.
Returned items must be unused, complete, in original packaging and suitable for resale. Custom-painted, personalised, modified, assembled or damaged products cannot normally be returned.
Approved refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method.
9. Important Notes
- Our products are collectible models and replicas for display and hobby use — not genuine military or aerospace equipment.
- Some models contain small parts and are recommended for ages 14+.
- International customers are responsible for customs charges, import taxes and local fees.
